10 years old Divyanshi belongs to Roorkee. Her family comprises of her parents and a younger brother. Divyanshi is not the biological daughter of her parents and was adopted when she was just 7 days old. Though she is an adopted child, her family takes good care of her. Then, after 2 years, her brother was born. Her father is retired from services in BSF while mother is a housewife. Divyanshi has moderate intellectual disability.

 Divyanshi knows body parts and can match pictures, colours and shapes. She understands directions and is able to describe familiar objects.  She can do tracing on dotted lines. She is independent in eating and toileting skills. During observation, no behaviour issues were there with her.

 The parents have a positive approach towards her and want to see her becoming independent in her activities. She has a good potential to learn different activities.  She will be trained in activities of daily living skills, pre- academic skills, social and communication skills. Thus, she will be in Raphael for 9-10 years.
