In 2002 Raphael, was recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India to conduct courses to train young people in Special Education. With the focal point on intellectual disability, the training centre offers two-year Diploma in Education Special Education (Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities).

Admission to the full time Diploma programme will be advertised.
